What roles do you recruit for?

We recruit throughout the entire spectrum of cyber security expertise. From CISO’s & SOC personnel, to Security Architects & GDPR/ISO 27001 Practitioners.

How flexible are your T&Cs & Fees?

We develop bespoke arrangements for each of our clients. Although government agencies and larger corporations tend to have processes in place which we strive to compliment, smaller clients tend to develop a bespoke solution with us.

What happens if a candidate leaves?

Our terms and conditions include a competitive rebate period should one of our candidates leave. Normally this is 12 weeks, the most turbulent time of new employment.

What happens when engage with Ferris Slater?

We take a detailed brief of your situation and vacancies. We then engage with our network and candidates to find the perfect match. We arrange and consult on the interview process, de-brief throughout, then help you negotiate salaries and terms with your selected future employees.

What fees are involved?

We charge a percentage of the candidates first year salary. Normally this percentage is between 18%-25%. For example, if we helped you hire a SOC Engineer for £45k with an agreed 20% fee, we would charge you £9,000.
